Mitch Snyder is the Vice President of Development for ViaQuest. He looks for areas where the needs of individuals are not being met. He then works to find ways to expand ViaQuest's services to meet those needs. Mitch also works with a variety people to build a positive and unique corporate culture. The ViaQuest culture is one of the items that sets ViaQuest apart from other providers.
Mitch has worked in the health care industry for over 20 years, holding various positions including direct care, program director and other administrative capacities. Mitch has worked in a variety of settings including large intermediate care facilities as well as small supported living environments in the community. In his years of service Mitch has worked with individuals as young as infants newly out of the hospital to adults ready for retirement, covering a broad range of needs including developmental disabilities, mental illness and medically fragile. Mitch received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Special Education from Ball State University.
